1. Service Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with the quality of our work, please contact us within 3 business days of service completion. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve any issues, which may include:

Correcting the issue at no additional charge

Offering a partial refund

Providing a service credit for future work

2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered in the following situations:

You cancel a prepaid service at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.

We are unable to complete the service due to unforeseen circumstances on our end.

Refunds will not be issued for:

Services already rendered and accepted by the customer

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a scheduled appointment

Dissatisfaction based on personal preferences not communicated before work began

3. Deposits and Prepayments
For jobs requiring materials or scheduled over multiple days, a deposit may be required. Deposits are non-refundable if the project is canceled after materials are purchased or work has started.
