Refund Policy

At Renewal Home Solutions, we are committed to providing quality workmanship and customer satisfaction. Our refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent to both parties.

1. Service Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with the quality of our work, please contact us within 3 business days of service completion. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve any issues, which may include:

  • Correcting the issue at no additional charge

  • Offering a partial refund

  • Providing a service credit for future work

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered in the following situations:

  • You cancel a prepaid service at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.

  • We are unable to complete the service due to unforeseen circumstances on our end.

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Services already rendered and accepted by the customer

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a scheduled appointment

  • Dissatisfaction based on personal preferences not communicated before work began

3. Deposits and Prepayments

For jobs requiring materials or scheduled over multiple days, a deposit may be required. Deposits are non-refundable if the project is canceled after materials are purchased or work has started.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us by:

Include your name, service date, reason for the request, and any relevant photos or documentation.

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
