We provide handyman and property maintenance services, including but not limited to plumbing repairs, light electrical work, appliance installation, drywall repair, and more. All services are performed to the best of our ability and in accordance with safety standards and applicable laws.

2. Quotes and Pricing

All service estimates are based on the information provided at the time of request. Final pricing may vary depending on site conditions or additional work requested. Flat-rate pricing applies only to clearly defined tasks.

3. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of work unless otherwise agreed. We accept Cash, Credit/Debit Cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. For larger jobs, a deposit may be required before work begins.

4. Cancellations

Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee. See our Refund Policy for full details.

5. Warranty

We offer a limited warranty on workmanship for 90 Days after service completion. Warranty does not cover damage due to misuse, natural wear and tear, or issues unrelated to our work.

6. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services or website. Liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in question.
